Parents' Night filled with tears, laughs

“A MOMENT of Giving Back ” was the theme of this year’s SHALL Parents’ Night which was held last March 19-20.

The graduating classes in elementary and high school organized a program for their parents filled with special tribute numbers.

Part of the program was the giving of gifts and individual message of the students to their parent which turned inspiring and emotional.

Through the help of the teachers, Princess Skylah Allyson Sabirin, Grade 6 St Matthew student, even had a heartfelt live conversation on Skype with her mom abroad.

Present in the event were SHALL Principal Corazon J. Lomibao and SHALL Academic Coordinator Erma B. Mercado. Both gave opening remarks which underscored the importance of the event in the student’s life.

“The program was successful for the second time because almost all of the parents attended,” Ms Mae-Aquino Reyes, IV– Patience adviser, said.

During the program, the most active parents in high school were given special awards.
